... and the Publications just came in time for NOVEMBER SLICES!!
We're baking mad for NOVEMBER for local businesses in providing them some morning tea in return for some Gold Coin donations.
This Thursday we're at the Coober Pedy Supermarket (Post Office) with a stall full of information about the project and LOTS and LOTS of slices to sell! All monies raised is going to the Feeding Program of the Project which needs just a little extra help at the moment... The whole project runs on Volunteer contributions so without people throwing a few dollars here and there it would not be happening...
So Coober Pedians come down to the shop Thursday morning and buy some slice while helping the orphans in Mwandi.
Well who would have thought a bit of Slice and Coin would get us $1010!!! Super excited and couldn't have done it without Chrissy Nelson... your help in achieving this was amazing. Also thanks to those taking part; Forensic Services Branch, Pt Augusta to Ernabella Police, Coober Pedy Council, School, Opal Inn, The Miners Store, Johns Pizza Bar and Families SA. Nicole
